That hurt!

I took it on a trip to England knowing I’d be hauling my suitcase around and my elbow tendonitis flares up sometimes. I used it one day and it gave decent support and felt ok. I took a shower and it stayed on - that’s normal. Then the night of the 2nd day I wanted to remove it and redo in the morning. It bruised and hurt my skin coming off and 1 week later I still have bumps. I am not a wimp but it was too sticky!

Short term relief

My husband has a bum knee. This kinesio tape, like all the others does help if it would stick but, it doesn't. Have found only 1 brand that does but, not this one.

Relived muscle pain

awesome product.. ***** recommended I’m a frequent user of this product. If you follow instructions on how to apply it your skin won’t tare and ware. Been using this for over 6 mos and it lasted a week. If your not into pain pills this is the product for your muscle pain reliever.

The Best brand Don’t be Fooled!

This product was perfect it adheres well not too much or too little. I tried another brand since this but the adhesive damaged my skin. I will return to this brand.

Paim relief

Stays on. Through tubs and showers. I have osteoarthritis. I use these on my shoulder knees and hip. Helps a ton.

If they work...

I wasn't very happy with these Kinesiology straps. They didn't seem to help my knee that much.
