Pre-cut strips are a little too short for me

The pre-cut strips are a little too short for me. I wanted to tape both elbow and wrist at the same time and the strips are a little too short, even though I'm a fairly small person with short limbs. There is also unclear on how to read the stretch. There is some basic instruction on the back of the tape and redirection to the webpage. Maybe I didn't search well enough, but I didn't find any taping instructions, or how to read the amount of stretch, which is supposed to be precise. I also noticed that around my wrist the tape does not hold too well (skin washed, without lotion, any hair shaved off), maybe because of a lot of movement? I like how the tape comes in various colors, but I think I will buy some other tape (because of how difficult it is to find instructions for proper application)

Put on dry, clean skin so the adhesive will take better.

Used it for severe knee pain from torn meniscus, oa, and torn ACL in same knee. Gives pretty good support when walking.

Works great, Idk about waterproof

Definitely works but I wouldn’t say waterproof. It doesn’t seem to adhere very well even if your a little tacky. But it does help. Currently using to help with ulnar nerve entrapment.

Good tape

I ordered blue/blue. What I got was turquoise/blue. A little disappointed, but it still works.

These are great quality bands.

I cannot believe a product like this didn't exist years ago. But it's here and what a fantastic band. It breathes so even when it's hold outside you can wear these on any part of your body where it is needed. I even wore them on my foot in the shower and probably didn't need to change it to a dry one, but did later on only because I was walking barefoot most of the day during summer. I use them to support one or both feet for arches, but also used around my wrist and thumb for another issue my hand was having. They stay on thru dish washing or showering. You almost don't realize you are wearing it after a while.

Better than KT brand

I received this very quickly. I injured my knee hiking and have been using K tape to help with support and stability while it heals. I love the stretch guides because that is one thing I was never sure of with KT brand. It's my first day with TheraBand brand but I feel quite stable. The adhesive seems very strong, KT brand starts rolling by the end of day 1. I am making the switch to TheraBand! Updated!! I have been using this for a few weeks and it stays so much longer than KT tape! I can have it stay for 3-4 days. The hexagons help me stretch it accurately and it's very supportive.
