It's great as long as you know what you're getting

I read the reviews and looked at the measurements, so I knew it was going to be short and small. But it works great for my needs. Maybe a tad overpriced and not quite as sturdy as I'd like, but useful.

I really love the design of this

I really love the design of this. It is shorter than I expected it to be (be sure to check the measurements) but it still works since I am petite. The biggest gripe I have with this is that the screw that they give you to connect the top with the base didn't fit. It's not because of the screw--it's a little faulty manufacturing because the hole doesn't match the groves of the screw. I contacted the seller about this but they only sent me another pack of screws.

Easy and Cute in the Decor. It isn't as tall as I would have hoped (didn't read the dimensions) so for a hanging dresses they drag the ground. But great for shirts or coats.

Love Yamazaki, but this is a HUGE miss

I use Yamazaki products all around my apartment and usually find them well-made, sturdy, and attractive. This coat rack, however, is absurdly flimsy. I tinkered around with it for hours trying to get the pieces to align correctly, I even took it entirely apart and put it back together more than once to make sure I wasn't missing something... nope--it's just a very, very poorly designed product. I'm hesitant to return to Amazon because I don't want it to end up in a dumpster somewhere, but I wouldn't feel confident hanging even my lightest jacket on this. Absolute waste of money!

Fehlkauf

Optisch eigentlich sehr schön. Auch der Aufbau ist kinderleicht. Allerdings ist alles komplett verzogen und instabil. Nicht empfehlenswert!

新年早々お金をドブに捨てた

「各フレームの穴と接続部の穴が合わない場合は仮止めのネジを緩めて」合わせろ、と組立説明書にあるけど、あっちを緩めればこっちが合わず…でガッタガタ。なんなんコレ！！！金払うから組立済みのを売ってくれよ… 山崎実業の商品、好きだったけど嫌いになった。返品したい。追記 Amazonカスタマーサービスに連絡したところ、すぐに返答くださり返品・返金してもらえることに。良かった。けど梱包めんどくさい…

惜しい

組み立てに多少時間がかかりました。パーツも多くはなく作業も難しいものではないですが、皆さんが仰る通り説明書通りに組み立てると噛み合わなくなります。どう頑張っても螺子が合わなくなるので、商品到着時に既に連結してあった螺子部分も一旦緩め、全体のバランスをみながら螺子を締めていくとなんとか問題なく組み立てられました。組み立てに関しては、なかなか大変な作業でしたが、商品自体はシンプルでとても使いやすいと思います。上手く組み立てられれば不満のない商品です。
