Not Best Pleased

This bowl is quite large (obviously, at 16 quarts) and worked well as a holder for numerous individual packs of chips at a grandchild's birthday party. It has a bright mirror finish which may--or may not--hold up. However, I confess to feeling rather fleeced when I examined the bowl after unpacking it and remembered the price I paid for it. It is a cheap feeling bowl, quite lightweight. I doubt it will survive years as my other stainless steel bowls have done. Yes, it is listed as an "economy" bowl, but it wasn't cheap. It's the bowl equivalent of a see-through shirt whose material is far inferior to a shirt that is made with heavy, quality material. I paid less for a 13 quart stainless bowl I bought elsewhere and much prefer it to this one for which I literally paid three times as much.

Great value for my dollar

Great value for my dollar, purchased this bowl to use to mix seeds starting soil in. Perfect size to mix the soil and fill the seedling trays. Cleans easily and easy to store away for the season.

Really nice bowl, wish I had gotten a smaller size

I bought the 16qt bowl. It's durable, cleans well, arrived undamaged, and is altogether a great product for the price. However, I underestimated how large 16qts is. The bowl just barely fits in my fridge or my largest cabinet, and is generally overkill for a lot of home kitchen tasks. If you are looking for a large mixing bowl, I would recommend the 13qt version instead, especially if you are in a cramped kitchen environment like myself.

Perfect

I have two of them now. I use them for all kinds of big jobs. Making caramel corn, mixing soil for seed blocks, washing dishes, even taking a sitz bath in one of them. Nice and light weight. Excellent value. Everyone needs at least ONE big bowl around the house!
