Not the same as from a tack shop

It is only for decoration - so it is OK. But, I grew up working a whip with the cattle. The neck of the whip is very short, it tappers down very quickly. The tail should be thin about 2 to 3 feet from tip; this one is basically a 4' whip with an 8 foot tail. VERY light weight. This would not last the use if you are looking for a whip to actually use. The leather is good and the swivel handle works well. Considering the price, I should have expected this. A good whip usually costs around $100.

Basics

If you are a true begin and cant and have never done a crack in your life this whip is for you but if you can crack one crack it isnt mine fell apart after 1 day i made a 12ft duct ape whip that has with stood moe than that whip but they were very friendly about return gave a full return.

Bought to have fun with fell apart immediately

Bought a whip to have a little fun with since I used to have one when I was younger. After 5 minutes of whipping the cardboard box it came in the wrap began to disintegrate and completely fall apart. Do not buy if you intend to actually use this item could be good for home decor but nothing else

Piece of junk!

Doesn't have a proper cracker on it, just a loose piece of nylon. Snapped it 4 times and the tip BROKE off! Piece of absolute junk and a waste of money. Want a refund!

Isn’t robust

The lash/cracker snapped off within 5 minutes of use and the timber handle started to come loose and separated from the braided leather whip part. Sorry, wouldn’t buy again. I’d ask for my money back if I could be bothered going through that process.
