What an upgrade

This was an upgrade to my old craftsman that I had for 20 years. I’m hoping it will hold up because I’m really enjoying it so far. The only negative is the packaging. The cardboard box it comes in doesn’t hold up to the weight and put some gashes in the handle through shipping.

good jack

Lighter weight than some other jacks. Min height is 1/4" lower though. Air purge proceedure helped rapid pump work better.

Light but, C + Marginal Quality from Chi-Com

The Packaging was POOR, partially ripped open and the instructions were ripped in half, the box appears to be a returned, then repackaged and has become a resold item... There was oil in the box. I have some hydraulic oil in the garage to add...? But why am I adding oil to a "NEW" Jack. This is the new normal, very POOR Products, and even worse shipping, from China...! The Jack does work, but needs more hydraulic oil. Very SAD...!!! I hope they improve in the future. I hope the Jack holds up to a good homeowner mechanic, who treats his tools exceptionally well, which are 99 % American Made Quality. We need MORE American Made Tools...!!!

Not the quality I was expecting from Torin. Fit and finish is very low quality. Would not have purchased if I’d seen in person.
