There's a sheen to these cases and they show some wrinkles but they're cotton, so a worthwhile tradeoff.

not big enough

Purchased these because reviews said generous in size. Queen is supposed to be 20 x 30. Its only 19 x 28.

Holding up with teenage boys in a boarding high school

Holding up with teenage boys in a boarding high school! Never been washed since August, it’s now December, and surprisingly don’t look all that disgusting or stinky. It’s held up to numerous pillow fights, and being used for all kinds of strange teenage boy abuses! Thank you for making a fantastic pillowcase. If it can hold up to disabuse, it can hold up in the finest bedrooms in the country

Roomy, soft, and high quality for low price

These cases are beautiful, soft, and a little more roomy than most standard cases, which is why we bought them. If a pillowcase is too snug on the pillow, there isn't enough "give" when you move your head, and then the pillowcase dictates your comfort. However, these pillowcases are perfect. It's easy to slip them onto the pillows, they look great, feel great, and when you sleep on them and move your head, they go with you instead of resisting your motion. We've looked all over for pillowcases like these. They are 100% cotton, and the best price we've seen anywhere. The color is light blue, and looks like the color of a soft blue sky. Wish they came in more colors!

Not as soft as the old days

These have a nap of sorts - they feel soft if I push my hand in one direction but going the opposite direction, it is not so soft. After a time, they began pilling so are less soft & not my first choice. I bought them for the size alone and also with hopes they were as soft as claimed. Just a few years ago, sheets & cases could be made super soft, they were heavenly but the industry has done whatever it could to cut corners, now softening the fabric with chemicals that must be washed once item is purchased. The initial softness out of a package is not the truth. These cases look well enough made and are the bigger size, they did not shrink when I washed them in warm as I don't think things get clean in cold water. I'm very picky about bedding softness and I can recommend these only marginally as they are not as soft once the pilling begins and still have the nap. However, they are better than a lot of others claiming Egyptian Cotton softness.

Way to expensive for what you get.

I ended up returning these sheet and got the sheets that were an amazon product. The price so much better and they were high quality. Do not recommend.

Just what I was looking for

The color and fabric is wonderful; it's soft and doesn't bleed. It was the perfect color to go with a quilt my mother made.
