This stuff pumps energy and is big on swolle!!

I've been using products like this over the past 15 years of various types caffeine free caffeine Plus creatine-free creatine Plus you name it I bought it from the most popular brands on other websites that cater to people who lift and work out a lot. Not sure how they do it but I have just as much energy as the other stuff I've used minus the caffeine and it works awesome. Used to be a personal trainer and I know a result when I see one and you need very little not a whole lot. You definitely feel like kicking in after 10 minutes or so. And for the money I don't know anything out there that's better that doesn't have a whole bunch of additives and sugar in it. I just buy what works simple as that.

Non stim pre workout is the truth

Like my oneliner states, it's the truth. The Flavor is good with a bit of a vitamin aftertaste but it's pre-workout.... you're not sipping it like a fine wine. Next is the affect... Effect? Affect.. whatever pick one. The result! Is pretty impeccable! The pump feels like it lasts for hours! I hit the weights with a moderate to heavy cadence and with 30sec-1min break between sets. After an hour of that I ran 5k and was still feeling alright when I walked home! Martial Arts? No problem, Running? No problem! Ridiculously long sessions at the gym? No problem! Worried about leg day? Don't! Worried you won't have energy after the gym? You will! The non stim Peak Muscle Performance is seriously the best pre-workout I've ever used. And I've tried plenty! For an extra kick you can mix it with Nitraflex pre-workout (also offered by GAT Sport [has stimulant]) for a really powerful workout. All in all, you feel jacked, last for hours, and feel ready to hit it hard the next day .... ????

No more caffeine

I tried a few other products like pulse and gorilla mode, they were ok. Pulse gave a good pump, gorilla had me focused but this stuff gives me insane pumps and keeps me focused through out the workout Highly suggest for those trying to cut out caffeine. I was taking nitraflex before but the caffeine was keeping me up for hours.

Works for me.

I'm a Stim-free kinda guy due to the schedule of getting to the gym after work 95% of the time. I value my sleep so I don't want lingering stimulants harassing me. With that said I gave the GAT Pmp a whirl and have been very pleased with the overall performance of this supplement. REMEMBER people everyone is different. I see a million reviews saying things don't work and others saying it does so take what people say with a grain of salt. I was using another stim-free pre before switching to the GAT Pmp and they both work well but in different ways. Specific to the GAT I get a better workout when using the weights versus the cardio. Again this is just me and may be different for others. I do know I sweat like a pig using any pre so nothing has changed with that. The GAT gives me a better focus lifting heavier and or more weight. I also do not get a crash as I was getting with the other but a fairly even tapering off of the supplement. It mixes pretty good and taste is bearable. I'm not drinking it for it's flavor which I assume nobody else would be either. No stomach issues whatsoever no jitters or headaches or anything else that would warrant concern as a side effect in my case. Hope this helps!

Make sure you check your can

I do enjoy the PMP stim free products. I was switching flavors, so I ordered the raspberry lemonade and checked the ingredients listing to make sure I was getting the stim free version. Unfortunately I was sent a can that did have caffeine. Still a good product, but make sure you double check what they send to you

Grows on ya

Going from caffeine to no caffeine is weird. It seems like effective at first, because it technically is, but when you get used to it you actually start preferring it. I use caffeinated stuff in the morning and this is I workout past 3pm. I am considering switching over, fully, because it's just a better experience. Don't know why.
