Just put on, wow !!

Just did half the Job, Driveway only,1950 square feet. I suffer with Efflorescence terribly, waited for Spring. POWER WASHED, let dry ( Arizona weather) . Driveway so large I bought a RYOBI 4 gallon battery powered sprayer. put it on a dolly and rolled it and got a nice even coat. Total of 10 gallons to do the job. overnight dry time. Poured some water on the cement, and it was unbelievable amount that it bubbled. Just re-ordered and I’m going to do my pavers , hoping to protect them from spillage when having parties could be an easy cleanup. I will do an update next winter on my efflorescence if it appears. My neighbor thinks I’m nuts, but I’m willing to give it a try because the efflorescence is so bad that it looks like it snowed on my driveway.

Very good reviews.

Very easy to use and first coat seemed to really repel water well. Didn’t go as far as advertised but this was on some very needy concrete. Ordering more to complete job and add a second coat. Time will tell how well it holds up.

This stuff really works.

I put this on their cinderblock wall that I had water seeping through. After two applications, the water doesn’t soak through the wall anymore and I can actually hear it running behind it I would recommend this product if used as directed.

Seems to work as advertised.

I sealed the basement floor of my home. I am doing some renovation to put a workshop in the basement. It was easy to apply and seems to work as advertised. I only applied it to my basement floor two days ago. It covered about 900 square feet.

Easy to use.

Power washed block patio. Let dry. Then applied two coats of rain guard onto the block patio using a garden sprayer allowing the first coat to dry four hours before applying the second coat. Once dried the sealer will make cleaning the patio much easier for several years before needing to recoat.

I used 15 gallons went thru the snow and it didn't really seal it. Drive way is 24 ft wide by 40 ft long. I definitely would not recommend it.

This sealer does what it says it will do. I'll purchase it again. The water beads up and evaporates.

Finally a product that is easily applied with a garden sprayer that cleans up with water instead of the harsh chemicals I used to use to clean up after the previous years oil based sealers that only lasted a year. I put 2 coats as the instructions said. I will apply a coat each spring just to make sure it is sealed good and not dread it. It's been 3 days since applying it without rain so I tested the seal of the concrete by hose pipe and the water beaded up. Yay! I also applied to my brick windowsills and down the side of my brick house, after cleaning, where the gutter doesn't hang over enough and water runs down. I had noticed mold growing in that area and morter starting to crack. The old oil-based sealer I had used for years only lasted 1 year and had to be rolled on and took 2 hours of hard work to apply then more time to clean the roller, pole, and sealer pan. This new water-based sealer only took 45 mins in a garden sprayer. I am a 60 yr old and highly recommend this product! Thanks and I will buy again.

Easy and effective

This product is great. Super easy to spray it on and there is no smell to it. Once it had cured after a couple days I tested it and it works perfectly. Even tried oil and it didn't soak in. One bottle did over 1000 sqft but that is because it was power troweled concrete.
