Works well

Doc said I needed it for physical therapy for my knee. Has worked well. I chose the larger size. It seems durable and well made. The softness is perfect for balancing exercises.

Great for ankle rehab

Just a pad, but makes you work very hard

It was recommended by a PT. It is just a little pad, but it makes you work very hard. It doesn't take much space to store, light weight, and reasonable price. I recommend for the balance exercises.

Versatile!

I bought this initially for some physiotherapy, but it now has a permanent place under my desk as a footrest. I have also used it for a knee cushion when needing to kneel for gardening. Very firm bit with a little give that makes it feel cushy.

Just what I needed

I've been working with a personal trainer to strengthen my ankle following years of instability due to an injury. I use one of these in the sessions and wanted something to use at home.
