Great little product, recommended

This is a great ball for the foot and avoiding plantar fasciitis. Some of the balls are "squish able" and they don't give the foot the workout it needs. I love it.

What a relief it gives.

Very bad product ,it's very hard ball made up with plastic and it's very hard like plastic khilona or toy its cost oy 20 rs in local market but on Amazon such a useless and I thought it might be useful for hand therapy.

Very useful and effective

Nice packaging, good quality as described, the ball is also very helpful in gluteal muscles strength. I have weaknesses in my pelvis and this ball really helped.

Useless for deep tissues massage

I ordered this ball to massage my feet that were getting really sore because of long jogging. Ball is too soft to provide massage to the feet. even the spikes are too soft to release stress and pressure from muscle. Soul of feet is quite stubborn and requires hard surface to loosen up muscle stiffness. The cylindrical wooden roller is working much better for me, I asked my mom to give me Roti Belan to massage my calves and feet (we don't use that belan for chapaties anymore).
