Needed 5/16, they do not make in black, and some Quality issues

Used these to fasten aluminum-framed screens to wood face frames on screen porch. Screen frames are 5/16 thick but I could only find that height in white. (mfg used to make them in black but discontinued. Huh?) 3/16 sort of works for me, not ideal. Bought 5 packs, lots of variation among them, both in quantity (2 packs were short in number of clips) and quality ( I’d say 3 different types of plastic or nylon used in the packs and perhaps 20% of the clips were dinged/chipped- looked used.). Did the job but not the way I had hoped.

These fit my window perfectly, I was stressing that I wouldn't find these but glad I did. Work as they should.
