Works perfectly!

Love this! The water is boiling hot in only a minute or two. So much better than having to wait 10-15 minutes to boil on the stove.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

This a great hot water boiler for the kitchen, and I love the pink color. It is easy to use, and the interior cleans easily with white vinegar. Very happy with this purchase.

Cute but stopped working after I've had for a year

I bought this because I thought it would be a better quality in its lifespan than less expensive electric kettles I've bought. It started an electrical short about 6 months and over a year now, it's completely stopped working. It's nice to have a ceramic kettle that feels durable but if longevity is what you're going for, it didn't work out for me.

Pretty, but lacks quality.

We had ordered this tea kettle two or even three years ago, and were always pleased with it. However, it eventually started having a hard time turning on, and I always had to fix the base before making it work. Eventually, it died on us. We had loved it so much, that we went ahead and ordered a new one. Unfortunately, the new that that came was chipped in a few spots, and had smudges on the outside like it had been used. We returned it, and ordered a new one, but this time in a gray color (last two times we had the green color). Well, the gray one came, but the lid of the kettle was a much darker grey than the actual kettle itself!!! I asked if they could just send a replacement lid, and they couldn’t. I even called the manufacturer themselves, and they couldn’t send the lid either! So I ended up returning it and won’t purchase from them again. I find it very sad that the quality of this gorgeous kettle has gone down so much that we can’t even purchase a good item.

Beautiful, but had a problem - which the company is working to rectify

WAS DISAPPOINTED, BUT COMPANY MADE IT RIGHT. Purchased this 3.5 months ago. A screw on the inside started to rust at 2 months (I dry it after each use) and recently the heating element has started to have a very strong burning odor which is prevalent inside the pot as well, distorting the taste of the boiled water. It can no longer be used as we're afraid it will spark a fire. Contacted PinkyUp and they sent me a gift card to purchase a new teapot. Hoping it will last longer. Customer Service was quick to respond and followed through with a replacement.

This is a lovely ceramic pot.

I loved this pot from the time I opened it. It looks awesome sitting on my counter top. The ceramic pot can be removed from the heating element which plugs in making in perfect for serving. It heats very fast and easy to use. I would highly recommend for the tea lover in your life.

Stopped working

I love this kettle so much and used it daily, but it completely stopped working one day after 7 months.

A bit too pricey for a leaky, beautiful kettle

The cover does not seal and hot liquid pouring down on my table is not how I like to start a busy morning, but the kettle itself is nice. Although very hot (careful when manipulating it!) the look and quality of the ceramic is great and it’s easier to clean than my old black&decker. Good for the aesthetics, but not recommend for a busy user.

Broke after 2 months.

The kettle worked fine for the first couple of weeks but it started to not work occasionally until it stopped all together after 2 months.

Luv the smaller size of this kettle, yet it’s big enough for several cups of tea ! It looks so cute on my counter ???? it looks like a teapot !! Boils fast ???? and the color is subtle I luv everything about it ❤️ If I could just adjust one thing ???? that’s the cover to make it easier to remove is all . But it’s not a big issue at all .
