Fine product, but horribly wasteful packaging
The product is fine. I've been using pentel .5mm lead for 30 years and it's never let me down. It's cheap and reliable. It's great for math homework, crossword puzzles, and pretty much any normal writing. Why, though, do they insist on a fairly large container with only 30 pieces? They could easily fit 10x the amount of lean in a single container. Instead, we get even more plastic waste. It's just ridiculous.

What you think it does.
The media could not be loaded. Its good, does what it needs to do. Doesn't chip easily and nothing really bad about the product. Just place it into your pencil and use it as its intended to be used. Smooth linesand not crumbly. Used for writing, sketching and everyday uses.

I'm not a pencil or journaling connoisseur but this lead works great. For 99% of people who just want lead that works well, this is all you need to know/care about. I did however, really like the multi-position opening of the case (see picture) For what it's worth, I use this with myZebra Pen DelGuard Mechanical Pencils .

Garbage
I bought these and they are not the dimensions advertised. I put them in my mechanical pencil and they kept sliding back inside the minute I started writing. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are ready to waste your money.

Easy to refill
Easy to refill and theyre many. quality of graphite is good and its clean to use for sketching, doesnt smudge like other graphite pens.
