I was pretty disappointed with this server. I'd purchased this particular product 2 previous times and am thrilled with both of them. While I love the width and sturdiness of this server, unfortunately, the stainless steel/chrome coating is very thin and has already worn away in several places, resulting on rust-spots on the server when removed from the utensil rack of my dishwasher. I wouldn't buy this product again

I just wanted a narrower spat for serving casseroles, etc,. but this is a "quality feel" item that's comfortable to handle. It has a sharp enough edge to break up ground beef etc when sautéing, I'm loving it much more than I expected to

Great for smash burgers

I ordered this because I wanted a heavy duty spatula for smash burgers and I am not disappointed. There are wider spatulas out there marketed for smash burgers, but this one is great because it's easier to maneuver in a cast skillet than the larger traditional scrapers, but it's still sturdy enough to smash thin burgers.

Very sturdy

Feels like a very high quality, high stiffness spatula, and it is easy to clean because it is all one piece of steel with no gaps or crevices.
