Works great

This is the PERFECT whisk for making gravy!! Stays flat on the bottom of the pan to keep you from burning your flour. Cleans up well. Perfect gift for a new cook. Making lumpless gravy can be intimidating enough for a newbie even for some seasoned cooks so this would help make it a wee bit easier.

Where Have You BEEN All My Life?

My OXO "flat" whisk is still my #1 favorite for batters (pancake, muffin, cornbread...), but this "twisty" one is now my go-to for sauces, grits, gravy, etc., AND it cleans like a dream, which is a bit surprising given its more convoluted configuration. In just 2 weeks it's earned its place in my kitchen for sure!

this is a good sturdy whisk. should last a long time. does a good job with my gravy. keeps the lumps at bay and keeps it from sticking! highly recommended!

Flat whisks are excellent for light /medium general mixing. This one is especially good, as it is very flexible for use in any container.

Great gadget for sauces

This works really well to keep sauces and gravies smooth when making roux. My very old version had wider coils but this one is even better. Easy to hold and the angle on the head is helpful too. It is easy to grip and although a little tricky to clean it’s not a problem. Great purchase.
