Great set, no complaints! I also want to explain the rationale behind buying this set over others to save you the time researching. First, it's real "80/10" stainless. The back says 80/8 but this is normal, silverware industry used 80/8.3 and rounds up. Many "stainless" sets are inferior 80/0 which is less shiny and rust resistant. The knives are less rust resistant, that's also normal. Normal 80/10 doesn't hold an edge so they use a different alloy for those. Don't leave the knives in water and you'll be fine, they are still stainless. Lastly, my favorite thing about this pattern is "fancy" handles. They make the silverware easier to hold, especially for kids and elderly. Smooth handles on most silverware these days make it too easy to drop on the floor, especially the knives.

Great quality

These match my original Oneida set that I’ve had for over 20 years. I will not purchase anything else, because these are heavy and high quality. Over the years pieces go missing, and I decided it was time to restock the forks. I was quite surprised at the low price of these compared to other places, so I was unsure if they were actually genuine Oneida prices, but I decided to take the chance knowing they could be returned if needed. They are true Oneida pieces with the same quality as the pieces I’ve had for 20 years. Very happy with the purchase and will be buying more replacement pieces soon!

Very nice

This is a very pretty set, is sturdy, and feels good in the hand. It is not the most scratch resistant level of stainless steel, although I haven't had a problem with it so far.

My favorite pattern

Needed more forks. Not sure where they go probably same place as missing socks. I ordered and received next day for Christmas dinner.

Needed to Replenish my Original Set

I absolutely love the Oneida Louisiana flatware pattern- I registered for this pattern back in 1991 for our wedding gifts and got a ton! But three kids and 31 years later, I'm missing a bunch of forks and the smaller spoons (pretty sure most of the missing ones the kids took in their school lunches and accidentally threw them away- uhhhhhhhg). I'm so lucky to have found this set of 4 brand new in the box- I could have bought used ones on Ebay but was releaved to find them on Amazon brand new. These are the exact ones that I bought so many years ago, and this was a Christmas present to myself so we'd have plenty of everything when company comes. Perfect- and seller sent them faster than expected. A++++++ Great deal and so glad I have all that I need now.

18/8 stainless steel

This Oneida cutlery is 18/8 stainless steel, not 18/10 as advertised. It is still beautiful.
