Strong and effective, really opens up the airways to relax you for sleep.
I was skeptical about these when I first used them, but now I love them. They're are easy to apply and work like a charm. The nasal airrways are expanded immediately and you'll find yourself relaxing much more easily, especially if you've got constricted airways like I do. Note that these are the MAXIMUM STRENGTH ones and grip the nose tightly, so taking them off in the morning can be a little tough... like pulling off a band-aid. However, they are completely comfortable when you wear them and it's totally worth it.

Helps prevent kicking
I find when I wear this strip at night I get kicked in my sleep less often. When I don't get kicked, I sleep better. I don't hear myself snore I but there may be a relationship to the severity of my snoring and the frequency of being kicked.

I've tried these and the 'clear' ones, and these are my favorites. They really stick, and are easy to remove with a bit of water. The clear ones, while still good, leave an adhesive residue on my nose. The tan ones definitely seem to help with my breathing while sleeping. I will be buying more of these.

Very strong adhesive.
I've had trouble breathing through my nose while I sleep. Breathe Right Extra Strength Tan Nasal Strips do great job opening my nasal airwaves. I wake up less tired and feel more rested in the morning. Nice stiff brace that help reduce nasal snoring. Since the adhesive is very strong, some folks have complained that the strip is difficult to remove and it sometimes will peel away skin. My remedy for this is to soften the strip with water and the strip comes off easily.

It does exactly what it says
Good adhesion, but you have to be sure to follow the directions and clean your skin first. Easy to remove; my 4yo does it (it's entertaining to him). It does the job that it says it does.

These are great!!!
Had a great nights sleep!! I usually buy the CLEAR strips, those are too sticky. They would make me feel that my nostrils were being opened too much, if that's possible. They were also extremely hard to get off in the morning. This time I tried the TAN strips. It's supposed to be the same strip, just in a different color, but it's not. I think there is a piece of material on this one ( to change the color). I felt a difference as soon as I put it on, it was very comfortable, not too much pulling. It stayed on all night. Yes, they're sticky, that's how they work. This one, didn't feel like the CLEAR strip. I think the piece of material on the TAN strip makes a big difference. In the the morning, I put a little warm water on the strip, it peeled right off, getting the material wet loosened it I guess. After I took the strip off, there wasn't even any glue residue on my nose, I always get that on my nose after removing the CLEAR strip. I'm definitely sticking with the TAN ones!!!

Kann ich nicht empfehlen
Die Idee ist grundsätzlich gut und es funktioniert. Ich schnarche tatsächlich weniger. Aber: Dieses Produkt ist nicht so gut wie beschrieben. Ich hatte zuletzt ein Produkt von einer Drogeriekette. Alle Pads haben das Problem, dass sie nicht die ganze Nacht durchweg kleben. Ich habe die Klebepads zwei Nächte probiert. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit ist es abgefallen. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen
