It sorta works?

So it works but it only deterred my pet from peeing in the very exact spot. She would still pee as close to that spot as possible. I wish it had a larger range I guess. But it worked pretty okay.

Doesn't work

I bought 2 bottles. I have a 7 mos. Old Sheprador. It did not deter him from peeing on a mattress inside or from getting into the trash inside or out. This product is less than worthless.

Helped solve our cat peeing problem!

While some others don't seem to have had success with this product, it was a lifesaver for us and our cat! We rescued a 2 year old male cat (who'd been a companion to a terminally ill man); bringing him into a household with two female perfectly-behaved cats. The new cat was such a nice, well-natured cat and we did all the right gradual introducing to the cats and house, but he took to peeing around the baseboards in our finished basement (miraculously it usually stayed and pooled up on the ridge of the baseboard, but it had such a horribly strong musty smell that permeated the house) - and also pooping in that area. It advanced to where he even started peeing on the top of an ottoman. We had reached the point where we contacted the rescue group to give him back. They agreed, but said they couldn't adopt him out if he had these behaviors, so he would go to live in an outdoor colony, even though he came to us declawed!! We were horrified and decided we'd become Cat Whisperers and figure this thing out. A combination of keeping him closed up in his own room except when he was under supervision (gradually giving him more time out), and using the Nature's Miracle Pet Block solved the problem (probably over 90% - the rarest of tiny, tiny markings on the baseboard has happened - maybe a few times in 2 months - and that has happened when it's been awhile since spraying with the product, so it has likely worn off). While we know behavior training was part of it - we really feel that this product was extremely effective. Perhaps it matters what the "reason" behind the marking is - but when we started using it the problem was all but eliminated. The cat now roams freely through the house day and night, and we are so thankful we didn't give up. I have used up my first bottle and am ordering more.

Depends on what I use it on

This is ok, I used it on cloth furniture and leather. It seemed to work well on the cloth, the other not so much. It’s ok.

Worked half the time

Worked half the time and didn't have a great smell. Not something I want to spray all over my house, especially if it doesn't work every time

WORKS AFTER SPRAYING, BUT WEARS OFF AND NEED TO KEEP SPRAYING, BUT HELPS!!

Decent low-level deterrant

Have been using this product a while for both cats and dogs. Interesting that the ingredients are exactly the same for dogs and cats, except the one for cats is marked "Cats" on the bottle, and is half the size for double the price, so I stuck with this bottle instead. This product worked well in getting my cats to stop chewing the wool fringe off my Afghan carpets and tearing my seedlings out of their pots (don't spray directly on plants, but on pot rim), but requires frequent applications - roughly 2x/day. It also dissuaded them from clawing the furniture. It did not do much to keep the puppy from chewing on the couch or digging in the flowerbeds, and the jury is out on how effective it is in getting dogs or cats to avoid marking. I've found other products that are much stronger, but unfortunately, those products smell bad to humans too, so are best used outside.

Absolutely does NOT work

Utter waste of money. My you ng dog does not even acknowledge the scent. Certainly does not deter her at all.

Didn't really work.

Smells nice, but does not repell at least one of my cats, after a good spray over the furniture she jumped right up and walked around without a bother. I'll keep trying it as it "might" be working for the other two cats but not sure.

Useless. Total waste of money

Useless. Total waste of money. I sprayed it everywhere on the stairs and a few hours later all of the pets went down the cave. I opened the bottle and put it under the pets nose just to see if it was effective, and the pets didn't even care about the smell. Total useless.
