Functional

Bought this since I was getting hit and scratch on my face playing basketball. It runs a little big for my face. Straps can get really wet when playing sports. Straps doesn’t fit snugly or evenly around head which doesn’t look appealing. Peripheral vision can be skewed and needs time getting used to. Otherwise, I’ve been hit a few times on the face and it is intended for that.

Good Guard for the price I got it

Had took a shot in my cheekbone area playing basketball and decided to purchase. Didn't buy a new one but one that be returned since it was basically the same thing and cheaper. Been wearing it now for about a month and half and so far it's pretty easy going. Got hit once in that area with a basketball since I started wearing it and glad I did as it prevented the impact. Hopefully only got to wear it for another month or so but highly recommend it.

Didn’t fit well

This didn’t fit my husband’s face well. He wanted to wear this for protecting his broken nose during basketball. It touches his nose basically all over and therefore doesn’t provide any protection. Any slight touch and it pushes on his nose. It seems like the pressure should be distributed to the cheek bones. Maybe it fits other people’s faces but it didn’t work at all for us.

A bit awkward but does the job

Its work as designed. a little cumbersome but it keeps your nose protected. my wife used this to train BJJ with a broken nose while it healed.

Plastic part good, straps terrible

Bought this for a nose fracture. The plastic guard and the pads are lightweight, strong, and well-fitting. The straps are terrible. They are not stretchy or flexible, and they go down too low on the back of the head/neck. When strapped down they make it so you can’t easily move your head around, especially looking up. Pretty much impossible to play basketball with. After a few different attempts to make it fit better I gave up and cut the straps up and reconnected them with safety pins until the mask fit tight enough while allowing freedom of movement. They should have figured this out, not me.

Works Great

Had nose surgery but needed to practice and compete in my sport. This saved my new nose.

Wouldn't use for football

Product well made however, is a little more rigid that thought. Purchased to potentially use for football but on relfection wouldn't do this as peripheral vision could be affected.
