These lights are Awesome!!

What a fantastic little light for RV’g, Boating, Backyard Living etc… they have multiple settings and brightness, red light for boating so you don’t loose your night vision and they also blink SOS in case of emergency! A must if you do any outdoor living activities!!

Would be perfect

I didn't use this before I took it on a 23 mile hike through the Grand Canyon. It would have been perfect if the solar panel (that also has the buttons on it to turn the light on and off) didn't move around all the time. I spent twenty minutes trying to turn the panel around after it had moved so I could use the light. I ran out of time and gave up. I was able to use it when it was dark guessing where the buttons had ended up and finally finding them. Seems like a small thing to make sure it doesn't move around.

Bright light, compact

I had a Lucy light and I've had it for many many years. My boyfriend took it on his camping trip and I had to buy another one so I bought this one. I have to say I like my original one better, but this one does the job. It has many options such as flashing red lights and of course it is solar powered. It totally does the job.

Great light for $10

Very compact and lightweight. Easy to store and use. I like that the sides of the lantern are frosted like a light bulb for light that is easy on the eyes, while the bottom is clear focusing more of the light downwards like a task light. I will be using mine for a tent light and it lights up the place evenly with no need for batteries or fuel, just place it in the sun during the day. It is not very strong and the panel on top where the buttons are is flimsy. There is a small strap to use to secure it which is also flimsy. It has a couple of intensities of white light, a red light, and will blink in either white or red. Great if you are having car trouble and need to warn oncoming traffic. It is both fabulous and flimsy. Great little lantern for a fair price

2nd Time Purchasing

The first Luci I purchased was for camping. I bought this one to leave in the safety bag of my car in case of an emergency. I am excited to buy more.

2 lights for the price of one

Found the Red topped Luci light in the warehouse for about $10 and ordered it. When I received there were 2 of the lights pictured in the box. They both say "lux aeterna" on them. Have charged them up and they both work fine. Cannot find these lights anywhere on the internet. The charging port is a USB type C so they are newer lights. Bad on Amazon for not verifying correct item but good for me cuz I got 2 lights for cheap.

There is no better light!

I have bought several of these for friends after my dear sister sent me a couple and i found out how incredible they were. The power goes out very often where we live and having these has made power outages so much more bearable. They are bright enough to light up a whole room. You can easily read or play games by the light of a Luci light.

Get it

I love this lamp. It's the answer to muted light in a trailer or tent, especially a 1 or 2 man tent. And it is also bright enough when pointing the bottom (not frosted) to easily light ten to twenty feet. It's waterproof (essential for backpacking as you have to hang it on your pack to recharge), lasts hours, never cracks/breaks/shatters and is uberlightweight (even as a backpack/hiking item). Get one, you won't be sorry... even if only for an emergency light, or a light to read by so as not to disturb others.

Smaller Design than Original

Good light level that last through the night but with smaller design...suitable for backpackers but not as good as the original design due to smaller size. Price point is too high for this product despite good performance.
