Love this shower rod!

This is a sturdy rod and I love it. It was difficult to find one in matte black with square ends. I was hesitant at first because many of them out there are cheaply made. This one is sturdy and looks great! I'm glad I found it. I rated a 3 in install because it is tricky attaching the ends to the wall with the rod.

Better than expected

Not sure what other reviewers are expecting, maybe a pullup bar, but this is a nice product for the money. I mean this hold up a shower curtain, not a clothesline or for pullups. If quality it isn't to your expectations then get a cut to fit single bar, non-telescoping installed at 4x the cost. Installation was simple, fit as expected (measure don't guess and complain). Overall much nicer than a hardware store purchase for our other bathroom, cheaper and nicer quality.

Unable to Install

We were unable to install in our tiled shower without drilling into the tile. There are only two holes and no matter which way we turned them, they wouldn’t line up.

Ease of installation

Needs a longer sleeve between bars to better hold the bars in place without wobbling. Otherwise looks sharp and fairly easy to install.

Perfectly paired with our Moen Genta collection

It was hard to find something modern to go with our Moen Genta collection, but this was a great fit for two of our bathrooms.

Not a tension rod

We purchased this thinking it was a tension rod and we wouldn’t have to screw into our new tile. But unfortunately, because it’s curved, the only way to mount it is to screw it in. We had our contractor do it and it took him some time so it’s not super easy to install. But looks great now that it’s up. Sucks that it can’t be tension mounted.

Black and Beautiful. Just as advertised.
