A must if you plan to diet

Before I bought this bike I had to eat 1800 calories per day on a slow day at work, and 2100 calories per day on a busy day to keep my weight and avoid getting fat. This was very difficult because I was constantly dizzy, so the only way to avoid this was to eat more and burn off the excess calories. I tried this bike and at first it was difficult to workout because I couldn't keep it from moving around so much. But after adjusting my desk, my chair, and the strap I found an angle where it stopped moving around. The following day I used it for 3 hours while doing office work, and I wore a fitness tracker to estimate how many calories I burned. To my surprise I burned an extra 1000 calories and I wasn't exhausted or got dizzy. I made up for this by eating far more, and that annoying sensation of being hungry went away and still got a good workout. A must buy for someone who wants to diet.

The instructions could be better so that is why I subtracted one star

I would have liked better instructions regarding the placement of the washers when assembling the feet. It does not clearly state the order of putting them in place. There are two longer oval washers and two smaller round ones. So do the round washers go under the oval one or on top of it? I ended up stacking them on the bolt with the small round one next to the bolt. Also there is no mention in the instructions of what the long nylon belt is for. I had to come here and ask what is is for and found that it is to loop under the chair legs to keep the "bike" from sliding forward while using it. Made sense but it would be nice to have that information in the instructions. There wasn't even any mention of that item in the booklet. Must be an afterthought addition after getting complaints and returns. It is light weight so not sure how it will hold up but should last long enough to help me with the exercises after a total knee surgery.

Sturdy and smooth pedaling Easy to assemble

I did my research and decided to go with this one because of the weight and the non-slip mat and strap to keep it in place. Got it for my mom who's trying to recover and hopefully start walking by herself again. Physical therapy twice a week isn't enough and she is just sitting in her recliner without having anything to exercise her legs with. I assembled it easily in 10 minutes. I like the smoothness of the wheels when pedaling and the magnetic feature helps with that. I like that you can also put it on a table for your arms and it's got resistance to strengthen those muscles ????

I Like It!

This is a decent peddler. I use it on days that I am unable to walk/run outside. You can adjust the tightness of it for a more strenuous motion. It tracks several things including distance and calories burned. Was hoping to put it under my desk but my knees bump the bottom. Using it in front of the TV is great because once you are in the groove, time flies. I recommend.

Worth it's cost

Well-built, but not very heavy and tends to slide around on smooth floor, or if the foot action is erratic. Had to add weights over the front feet. Stroke is short for me, but wife finds it helps her leg health.

It is not high enough to permit people with long feet to peddle

It is a light weight equipment. It sits low and is difficult to get the feet under the straps. The readout is not easy to understand and longer feet always hit the back feet when peddling.

Worth the price

Works pretty good. It does move a little when trying to pedal vigorously, but that should be expected. Glad I got this one instead of another for $100+. Gets the job done for a cheap price

Inestable

El producto funciona, pero el materia de fabricación no es el mejor e independientemente de dónde la coloques y del uso del tapete que incluye queda inestable y no queda fija durante su uso.
