Couldn’t use it BUT it seems like a great product.
Does not work for a 99-02 Chevy Silverado. So I couldn’t use it in my truck. However it is a very nice installation kit for whatever vehicles it does work for.

Got the job done
I bought to install a double din after market radio in a 2004 pontiac vibe. The could news, in that I was able to mount the radio -- but only using the two side pieces. Instructions for the care probably should have side to use only the side pieces. I almost gave up, because the front piece would not fit over the radio's screen and know. When I finally realized I didn't need it at all, and just mounted the side pieces to the radio it worked. The tabs were basically in the right places, but the top left tab had to deformed somewhat (push toward the radio) to thread the left top mounting screw, so I worry a little about the plastic eventually failing. Instructions could be a bit more expansive... suggesting perhaps that you may only need to use the side pieces.

Flimsy and didn't fit my radio right.
This thing is a hunk of junk. It is entirely plastic, flimsy, and doesn't even fit the radio I got. Now the radio is made in China, and I assume it is NOT a proper double DIN. (It's a 7" Joying PX5). I ended up just using the side pieces and although they didn't line up with the holes in the radio exactly, I made do. Again, I can't blame the kit as it is likely the Chinese radio (which is pretty awesome BTW) To be honest, if I did this again I'd just fashion my own mounting brackets out of sheet metal and save the $20. My rating is a 3 because of how flimsy this thing is. I can't fault them for not fitting the Chinese radio. However it does work if you exclude the trim piece.
