Handle can't be removed

I already have this pan and we use it lots on an induction stove when camping. It's excellent to cook pancakes and tortillas. When I reordered this pan I was disappointed to find that the handle is no longer detachable. This was such a useful feature when storing this pan. The details needed to be updated...

We dont even have an induction stove and we love this pan

Finding a good pan for South Asian / Indian cooking (i.e. a Tawa) is challenging. This one is perfect for making rotis, dosas, and sure, even crepes. We got one that's served us well for 2 years, and just got another for when we need to do double duty because of how much we like this one.

Good except handle broke

Bought this and it's great. Even bought one for my mom. It heats up nicely and evenly, is easy to clean, and not bulky. However, the handle isn't best. It came off and seems I have not no way to put back. This is an important part so really need it. Will contact manufacturer to see what can be done. I would change to 5star if handle was sturdy like the pan.

The handle heats up a lot and can burn you through the wood

Bought it for my mom for Mother’s Day, she loves crepes. The handle heats up as well and needs an oven mitt to avoid burning yourself

Almost perfect

I got this pan for making crepes. The pan itself is good quality, crepes don’t stick to it, easy to clean. One thing I personally didn’t like is that pan is too flat, and when I try to spread crepe batter all over it, it doesn’t let it to spread at all. So there’s no way to make it in a circle shape (except pouring way too much crepe batter on it). I had to buy crepe making tool to fix this problem. Other than that the pan is good

Perfect pan!

Recently my kitchen was redone and I now have a wonderful induction stove. Unfortunately, none of my hard anodized pans will work, including a wonderful griddle pan to make pancakes. I finally found this pan and can say it is one of the best pans I’ve ever used. It is a wonderful weight, very even heating, easy to clean and the induction base covers the entire bottom, not partly as some I’ve seen. I’ve used many high end pans and this is tops. I really like the wood handle but I never put coated pans in a dishwasher so the removable handle has never been removed. I highly recommend. CORRECTION: INDUCTION STOVE

Really solid

Surprisingly well made and robust, very much better initial quality than various crepe pans I bought previously - all of which wore out in under a couple of years for one reason or another. Depending on how the coating performs over time, this might end up becoming a keeper.

Good size, nonstick works well, the pan is very flat. makes great pancakes but also good for frying eggs.

Favourite pan!

Love, love, love it! Non-stick for real, the crepes turn out perfect without using any oil! Very easy to clean as well, no need to put it in the dishwasher.
