Nice weighted ball for warming up before a game. Not as much strain on the shoulder when throwing longer distances.

Perfect ball for lite toss/warm up. Throw it a few dozen times short and easy, then grab your normal ball and start the long, fast/hard throws. You'll feel like your arms a cannon.

Perfect for pregame warm up and building arm, shoulder and grip strength. The weight of the ball is noticeable yet not distracting. It allows for throwing control and proper form.

Love this ball

Love this ball. I warm up with it before games. After throwing this around a regular ball feels like a whiffle ball. Has helped improve my arm strength and my throws from the outfield have defiantly got more zing on them. Just remember to throw with a regular ball a few times after you warm up as I have notice that my release point is way off afterwards for a few throws.
