So far so good, using to connect split king frames

Sturdy and easy to use. Have installed (4) to keep the frames of (2) adjustable bed frames together at a slight distance. The platforms are still able to move independently while these brackets keep the bases together eliminating the gap between to grow over time. Would recommend.

works great! Easy to install

I am easily able to hang a heavy bag from an I-Beam in my basement. It has worked perfectly. It was extremely easy to install. I almost bought another similar product that cost $99.00 but decided to give this a try at such a cheaper price. VERY HAPPY!

Works well with a little DIY

The brackets are really the only useful items in the package. You will likely need to go to your local hardware store, as many other reviewers and I, to get the appropriate length bolt, washers & nut. The package comes with a metric 400mm x 1.5 threaded bolt - the bolt length I needed was 6". So I just bought a standard 3/16" x 6" threaded bolt, some 3/16" x 1.5" washers and two 3/16" lock nut washers. I then used 1/2" gas line (cut to ~ 4") to protect the threaded bolt and add a little rigidity. Works great. Like I said, it's a lot of money for two simple brackets, but couldn't find anything else on the market quickly that was less expensive.

Suited my needs perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for a heavy bag. I took another reviewer’s suggestion and put a piece of plastic tubing over a shorter bolt. In the pic, I have it coming down through a dropped ceiling panel and put some foam around to fill the opening and reduce noise. Very little noise in the video with that setup.

Strong and durable, can handle whatever you throw at it

I bought two of these for my home gym in my basement. I hung a heavy bag from one and I use the other with resistance bands for various exercises. They clamp really well and hold tight to the beams. I've applied a lot of force to both and they are holding up really well so far. A good quality spring will help reduce noise when using a heavy bag attached to a beam. I also found that adding a small section of rubber hose to the portion of the hanger that holds the bag will greatly reduce noise and wear on the bolt. These should work well with whatever you have in mind when needing to clamp to a metal beam.

Bracket is sturdy, easy to install, and holds my 100 lb boxing bag very well!

I purchased this bracket to hold my 100 lb punching bag. So far it is doing very well, I've had this for about three weeks now, and I use my punching bag three times a week. It did not quite fit the beam but if you insert some pieces of cardboard to have the brackets hug the beam from the top and bottom, it works very well! I read some bad reviews about the bracket being flimsy and loose but if you secure them with the additional bulk to keep the brackets in place, it works very well!

Very durable

I was looking for a long time on how to put up my punching bag without drilling through a beam. This bag hanger was recommended to me and it was an amazing purchase. It took me 1 minute to set up the hanger and a minute later I was able to use my punching bag. Can easily handle the weight and it doesn't move when it's closed.

Use this to attach my rings and it works great. Seems strong enough to support my weight of about 150- for ring pulls.
