Good but one had writing on it. Maybe from a previous owner that returned it? It's fine because I don't mind but I'm sure other buyers would. Also, I got two sizes and the bigger size was more curved at the bottom. Not a flat design.

Overall good totes

These arrived fast! They are the perfect size for my basement organization. The locking lid is a plus and they are stackable. They are not heavy duty so I would not fill them full of very heavy items. But they worked great for my home improvement items. One lid did come broken on the side but it is still usable and locks closed.

These are a good medium size storage container

These 53qt size containers are a nice medium size to pick up and move around when loaded and to store. Good locking handle. Good quality. They arrived in good time and in good shape. hahahaa I said at LOT of good things! I will purchase again.

They are fine. But they are expensive. Next time I’ll get the ones with wheels. Easier to move around.

Pretty good product with very poor packaging.

The totes themselves are on par with others like them, but the packaging was very poor especially considering how expensive these were and how much they must cost to ship/return. Three very large 30x20x17" totes nested with lids in a relatively light duty box with absolutely no padding or cardboard inserts to prevent them from banging around. The shipping box was the original one provided by the manufacturer and marked "fragile", but that doesn't accomplish much. A box this size should also have handhold cutouts for proper carrying to prevent rough handling. The box itself wasn't actually damaged much, just one edge a bit pushed in. All three totes were undamaged, but all three lids had cracks and broken off bits to varying degrees. I didn't plan to use the lids, so I won't be returning them. I hated spending this much for plastic totes, but I had a specific use for them and couldn't find any that met my requirements locally. I'd read the reviews and went into it expecting they might be damaged, but rolled the dice anyways. Probably could have saved some money buying used returns, but the descriptions don't indicate what exactly is wrong with them. My specific use for these... litter boxes... for three high peeing cats who don't always get along. I did some research and read info from a cat behaviorist about litter boxes and realized my current boxes were woefully undersized for my cats, as were most of the ones on the market. All the boxes meant for high peeing kitties weren't anywhere near high enough for mine, had seams that leaked, and covered boxes in general are not good for them. My requirements were for tall clear totes that are right about this 30x20x17in. "goldilocks" size that did not have any indentations or bump outs inside that would make scooping and cleaning more difficult. Day one of setup and all three cats are pretty much exclusively using the new boxes and seem to really love them. I didn't even have to cut an entry door in the boxes yet since all three seem happy to jump over the sides so far. I did put a shorter box next them that they can use if desired. I could have gotten much cheaper low-sided totes and jerry-rigged tall pee guards all around them, but I've been there and done that and found it frustrating. Can't speak to the non-litterbox uses of these. :) Thought this might be helpful to other people with high-peeing cats. These boxes were recommended several places online for this use, but none of the reviews here had mentioned it so far.

Damaged box

One of the four boxes were damaged and I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement. They said it would ship and I should receive in 18 days or less. While I have not yet received the replacement, the manufacturer has been helpful. I will update when replacement is received. The three undamaged boxes are great…just don’t over fill them.

Great for toy storage

These are perfect for storing my grandkids toy sets and keeping my house organized! They did arrive one lid short of what I needed, but it wasn’t worth the return for one lid.

Arrived uninsulated,2 lids cracked .Fragile stamp on box unheeded.

We're keeping anyhow. Good size...we bought mainly as a litter box as our cat likes to kick! Hopefully when they warm up we can cut entry holes. Nice size for storing bedding, towels, bulk food in bags, etc...

Decent but broken. Overpriced.

They're a good size and exactly what I needed but they came broken. It's a bit frustrating becuz we were trying to use these for storing small things but now they'll just fall out. Not worth the big price tag.

Absolute Garbage

Arrived with 2 with the bottoms shattered, and 1 with the handle broken. Had to clean up the shattered plastic of my carpet after opening it, huge waste of time. Really would not think plastic containers are a fragile item
