Needs better instructions

I've been trying to put this together for over an hour just realizing it will not go together because all the X's have to go the same way and no matter what I do they won't. I am contacting customer service if they fix this I will update my review. Update finally got it put together and it works like it should. If you buy this set it up first so that all the X's match like all the outside bars are going the same way and all the inside bars are going the same way. Had they told me that to begin with it would have saved me so much time and frustration. Changed the stars to four stars because of the awful instructions!

I didn’t like it. It was to big and not sturdy. The wheels wouldn’t move.
