Doesn’t have vibrate

It’s not like the older model. The neck piece is too thick so doesn’t get all the needed area. It doesn’t have the vibration like the old one either. It’s ok.

Neck Massager

One of the moving knobs in the neck section was turned sideways and did not massage the neck. I loved the concept of this massager but I returned it. Maybe I will reorder in the future.

Doesn’t do much

Bought as a gift for a man. He gave it back saying get your money back. It was not effective. I tried it as a medium/average size woman and the massagers didn’t even reach my neck. They were too far apart.

Wow. Just wow!

As I sit here writing this review on my iPad, I have this little baby going to town on my sore, stressed out neck. I have had neck issues for years due to stress and probably more recently due to being on my iPad too much. I go to the chiropractor regularly and also get massages on a regular basis. We own all kinds of massage gadgets, but all of the ones we have you have to hold on your neck. While some of them can alleviate some of the tension, you end up with a sore arm by the time that happens from holding it on your neck. Well not with this one. You can use the straps to maneuver it as needed which I think is a brilliant idea, but you can also jus prop it on the back of the couch and lean your neck into it. Voila! I feel better already. I travel quite a bit and always end up with a sore neck due to pulling suitcases, purse on shoulder (yes I have tried a backpack and that doesn't help) and sleeping on pillows I'm not used to. This will be traveling with me going forward. Very pleased!

Could be quieter

I bought this to try and help releave pain from tention headaches. So far it's helped a little, but most the time I have to have it on upside down to hit the right spots on the back of my head. I like that you can turn off the heat, I just wish you could just have the heat on also and not message. The heat could be hotter for me and takes a bit to warm up. But other then that it was very much worth the money.

Great Product with Great Results!

I have used this product for five days in a row and am already seeing results. I carry stress in my neck and my doctor recommended massages. They are expensive and I would have to go somewhere. I don't have that kind of time or money, so I bought this. The first day or two I used it three times for 15 minutes each time. At first my neck felt sorer than before I used it. But then by day three, my neck started feeling better. The knots in my neck muscles are more relaxed. The heat option is great. It doesn't get too hot. I know it is supposed to massage shoulders as well, but I have a hard time getting it to fit so that it affects my shoulders and I am petite. It is a great buy with great results!

Good value

I bought this for my husband. The delivery was fast and I think he said it's decent for a neck massage but the massaging balls are very hard and not necessarily well-placed. They may even be a bit painful if you pull too hard on the hand straps. Still, it was a good value and can get the job done so I can't be too critical. You may want to shop around for what's right for you.

This Doesn't Work

I gave this product a 1 star rating because the plastic bag that it was packaged in worked well!!! Everything else was a disappointment. The product was hard, forcing the user to sit up straight. You could not lean back without pain. To keep a firm contact on your neck, you have to pull on both straps in a downward motion. This means that both hands have to be engaged preventing you from doing anything else while getting the massage. And the worst, there was no heat. I will return immediately.
