# My Review This review is for the Heelbo Knee Compression Sleeve with Copper Infused Fibers that’s used to help relieve body pains. We’ve got an extremely active pair of teenagers who enjoy all sporting activities (soccer, football, basketball, gym, cross-fit, running and tennis) and needless to say that after a strenuous workout there’s a lot of sore muscles, aches, and pains that need some support and recovery. That said, when I saw this offering and the way in which it works to help reduce muscle, joint and inflammatory pains around the knee, I just knew it was worth a try. First of all, the compression sleeve is packaged in a strong and durable plastic pouch with the Heelbo branding, product details, instructions of use, etc. detailed around it. From a packaging stand-point it presents well and looks like a quality product that also works nicely as a gifting option! Packaging aside, inside the pouch is compression pad of your selected variety. It’s worth noting that these are available in different variations, so make sure you pick the right one that fits your needs! To learn more about this product, the product description does a good job detailing its features, so I won’t repeat all of that. The material is made of a mixture of copper, polyester, and spandex that’s, soft, smooth and not itchy at all. The material does a good job in keeping the temperatures cool and not feeling overly hot or sweaty. The stitching is strong, precise, and looks to be durable enough to withstand multiple uses. There’s a silicone band at the top of the sleeve to keep it from slipping down which is a nice touch. The sleeve fit perfectly around the knee and stayed in place for much of the day. Really couldn’t tell if the infused copper helped in anyway, and the compression wasn’t tight and was mediocre at best. The breathable material made this comfortable to wear and most of the time it was unnoticeable. Overall, I’d say that this is an OK compression sleeve for the knee. I recommend if you're looking for one.
