Rusts in just one week

Why is it so difficult to find hardware that doesn’t rust? These came in genuine Hayward branded packaging and already rusting after just one week. The cost you pay for this hardware for such a poor quality product is asinine. I have a solution for everyone though and this is what I will be doing…. Go to McMaster-Carr and get titanium hardware in the same size screw. Those shouldn’t rust. I’m going tomorrow to grab some for around the same cost and returning these. DO NOT BUY
