Better than I hoped

I love this Ottoman Sleeper bed. It fits nicely in my small office and easily opens to a bed. The back is adjustable so you don't have to sleep flat. Although I haven't had much time to play with it, I'm a little disappointed that I can't get the back to sit straight up like a chairback would, but it may be that I just haven't figured it out yet. I'm using the ottoman as a temporary bed and found it to be too firm so I added a mattress topper that makes all the difference! Well worth the money I invested, especially when I was sleeping on a blow up mattress.

Great for a guest’s bed; very heavy and large as an ottoman.

Liked it as a guest bed. Don’t like how large it is an ottoman.

Nice, but Needs Improvement

As pictured, however the material that covers when stored is trimmed too small to cover completely and shows some of the hardware. Also, the foot section padding is several times more stiff/hard than the middle and head section.

Couldn't have asked for something better..

Came completely assembled right out of the box, works perfectly in our downstairs living room for the kids, and look forward to using it for sleep over nights, no longer having to have someone on the floor. I am a pretty big guy, and it was able to hold me fine, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fold out and space is an issue.

I would recommend

Very nice quality sits firm it folds into other positions smoothly we purchased this as a sleeping option for when we have a guest sleepover. Flaps at the bottom have a magnet to keep them in place. The back of the chair has a few reclining positions. I have nothing negative to say about this we love ours.

broke

this product seemed fine but after the second use a brace holding one of the legs broke . looks like a bad weld . also the screws that hold the frame together are about 4 threads too long and would catch on the fabric when you went to unfold the unit . and it is very very firm .

So disappointed- great if it didn't break right away

I really wanted to love this and initially I did. It looked sturdy and was comfy enough. But literally the third time that we used it, one of the support bars broke at the joint so the foot part is disconnected on one side. I would have returned it, but I had purchased it for my niece who was visiting so we needed it (I put another ottoman under it to support the third part so my niece could continue to use it while she was visiting). But for $300+, it should definitely have lasted longer than 3 days. The seams are also starting to rip. Overall, very, very disappointed.
