Cushion is too firm. I put it behind my neck and it doesn’t give it all.

Does the job

It works like it should. Cover is cheap but it goes inside your pillowcase so it doesn’t really matter. Might be a little firm for some people.

Wring pillow!

This is not what I thought. I wanted the “original Mckenzie” but forgot the name. This is a different kind of foam; crunchy and quite stiff. I’m going to use it for a lumbar support and see how that goes.

Too big for a neck support

I bought it to put behind my neck to support it while watching tv in my lounge chair, but it’s too big and bulky to be comfortable for me. I can’t find anything that ‘fits’ for me. It’s also pretty rigid. I’d love something half the size of this, but haven’t found it yet. ????

No longer returning item (neck roll)

I considered returning this item due to being too rigid, but I found a way to soften the filling, so I will no longer return the item.
