Dont compare to ComfyCrutches

These crutch pillows are nothing like the comfycrutch brand. The only reason I ordered these was because I wanted gray and thought they were the same. Not near as thick and there is no way to secure them when they are on. The comfycrutch brand has a draw string to secure them. Not good for long term use.

a must have for crutches

much much better to use crutches....still enough slack to strap another pad over it barely, wasnt a fan of the handle pads but still better much better than the standard crutch handles...a must have

Disappointed

I’ve spent a lot of time on crutches. I’ve made good pads in the past, however due to the exact situation I was in this time I had to order a new set and decided on these ones. The hand grip pads are completely useless. They’re too narrow- so they don’t cover the entire handle of my (standard aluminum) crutches. They’re also too long, so they slip around a lot while walking. There needs to be a way to adjust them :( Finally, there’s literally no padding on these. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. The upper pad is very comfortable, and I debated keeping the set just for these (as the price is thankfully right to be able to). However, I decided that it wasn’t worth it because I need to buy new hand grips anyway- which will likely come with upper pads as well. Returned after less than a week of use :(

Exactly What I Needed

My armpits were getting sore, but once I added the Crutch Pillows to the Underarm, and Hand Grip, and I am getting around fairly well with no pain. The grips stay in place well, seem to be a good quality. I have been using them for a week and they are holding up very well. Great purchase, I would buy again. 1 day delivery from Amazon was great. Update after 2 weeks of use - Handgrip kind of moves around sometimes, but holding up as expected - Armpit padding looks like the day I purchased and is NOT getting flattened. Unlike one of the other reviewers, I have had no problem with the armpit sliding, and I find it fits nice and snug. The armpit looks just like new after 2 weeks of use. Since it is the armpit I was really after, this is working out nicely for me. Note that I am only using one crutch as support. Not two. Others may have a different experience than myself. I would purchase again.

Your underarms saver

Definitely more comfortable and remarkably reduce the underarms pain while using the crutches. Looks a bit cheap you can find loose threads here and there. But i wont complain considering the prices and fast delivery. Like other reviews have mentioned, the hand covers aren't that great. It may designed to replace the basic rubber grips, however removing the rubber pad isn't easy to do so i just put it on top of the grips. It's lightly cushioned and made with felt like fabric. It feel a bit bumpy when grab it but help to reduce the pain in palm of my hands

Mostly a good product

The under arm pads fit great and are super comfortable. The only reason they didn’t get a 5 star was the hand grips. As others have commented, they don’t fit well and twist. I’ll just continue to use a pipe insulation tube for the hand grips.

DONT THINK JUST BUY

**NO REGRETS** These are a godsend. These made being on crutches for over a month so much easier. Only complaint is that the pads for the handles slide and the velcro becomes face up and can be annoying. They need to make the velco strip wider to adjust it and make it tighter.
