That is has made my low back pain gone completely.

I have used this every night. It has taken me some time to get use to sleeping straight on my back every night. But it if I stay this way all night ( meaning not kicking it off the bed through the night) I have no back pain at all.

I like it even though the foam is very hard

I like it even though the foam is very hard. I purchased to sleep up for G.E.R.D. but I still have to use a pillow to prop my head up. I don't think the 12" would have provided the head support versus the 10" I purchased. I think it's a case of getting used to sleeping on a wedge that forces the head back. It's versatile - I can use the opposite direction to put under my knees if my legs are in pain. I can prop it up in the higher position if I want to sit up in bed to work on the laptop. Most times I find it on the floor in the morning.

Es una almohada de cuña muy útil, tuve una cirugía de pie y es muy cómoda para tener las piernas elevadas, le doy 4 estrellas porque es muy grande y pesada, lo que hace difícil moverla de un lugar a otro.

Acquistato per problema di reflusso gastrico notturno. Dovrebbe aiutare a dormire in posizione inclinata; posizione molto difficile da mantenere durante il riposo. Risulta molto ingombrante, sono sufficienti i cuscini con misure inferiori. Più utile per il rialzo delle gambe.

Es demasiado rígido, no es memory foam, es vil espuma. La funda es mitad poliester y en la primera lavada se empezó a descocer. Es de calidad barata, no debería costar más de 70-100 pesos, pero te cobran más de 600 mas envío. Es una estafa.

Es buena con la descripción que da, cumple bien. Solo creí que era un poco más firme. Es suave y te deja descansarbien en ella.
