Nice statue, but .....
The statue itself is very nice -- sturdy and nicely painted. Unpacking it and putting it on display is a real hassle. The statue is made in China and is completely enclosed in their "Styrofoam from Hell" -- the stuff that breaks into hundreds of little pieces and sticks to your hands, clothes, everything. Even before opening the box, there are a lot of pieces visible on the underside of the packing tape. The tiny pieces are stuck in every crease and crevice of the statue and have to be picked out with tape or a small brush -- that and the full cleanup process took well over an hour. Just as importantly, the stuff starts to imbed itself into the statue and causes several paint flaws, but those were easy to touch up. Heaven help you if you try to unpack this item outside and a slight breeze comes up -- pieces of this junk will be everywhere forever. I recently ordered another statue from Design Toscano, which was packed in form-fitting cardboard -- that one was out and ready to go in about 5 minutes.

Detailed and sturdy
The statue is a good size for my garden of dinosaurs. The details are great. Will probably get the triceratops next

Love It!
So far I have bought three dinosaurs (T-Rex, Pterodactyl, Triceratops) and a couple of babies coming out of their eggs. I am very pleased with all of them and my grand kids LOVE them. As any yard decoration will eventually show aging due to the weather, I sealed them with a clear, matte finish, automotive sealant in order to delay the process. I will be buying more.

AWESOME FROM EVERY ANGLE!
The dinosaur looks really awesome and will be a fine addition to my Jurassic Rock garden! The only drawback were a a few minor spots of where the paint had rubbed off for some reason but I enjoy painting and restoring lawn and garden decor, making them look better than when I first bought them!

Awesome yard sculpture!
Very realistic looking, paint colors are great, durable resin mold, feels sturdy. People walking by our house are taken back and totally check it out, lots of comments from strangers. If your looking for a cool yard sculpture this is it, very happy with my purchase.
