Perfect Size, Sturdy and Feels Well Built

Sturdy, feels well built and like it will last forever. Holds 1 pound of pasta, no problem, and stands on its own in the sink without worrying about it tipping over. I have drained spaghetti, angel hair, macaroni, etc. and while a noodle or two of the spaghetti or angel hair might start dangling out one of the holes in the bottom, I haven't actually had any fall out. I use this two or three times a week and it has a dedicated spot in my (small) kitchen.

Well built colander

This is a great colander for smaller tasks. It's well made steel colander with solid construction. There isn't anything flimsy about it. Drains well. Even though it's smaller, I am still able to drain an entire pound of pasta in it. I pour it in a little slower, but it strains even larger jogs well.

Poorly made. Handles barely attached.

I'm very disappointed in this item. The handles are the reason I bought it and not one but BOTH handles popped right off the damn thing. My toddler dropped it and one came completely off, I looked at the other one and it was already only attached on one side. I wiggled it a little and it just came right off. Super poor quality! Photos attached of the handles in my hand. And second photo is of where it was supposed to be attached to the colander.

buon scolapasta in acciaio Inox per sostituire i soliti scolapasta plasticosi. poco da dire, funziona egregiamente. ma c'è un ma... dopo un poco nella parte inferiore cominciano a vedersi i segni delle viti. cose da poco, ma se uno punta all'estetica questo può risultare grave. amazon celere come sempre

Gute Plastikalternative

Optisch ansprechend und eine gute Alternative zur Plastikvariante. Das Küchensieb lässt sich kinderleicht reinigen und ist spülmaschinenfest. Dank des erhöhten Bodens lässt sich das Sieb gut in die Spüle etc stellen ohne das es im Wasser steht.

Hübsches Küchenutensil, was seinen Zweck erfüllt. Über die Tauglichkeit über einen langen Zeitraum kann ich derzeit noch nichts sagen. Pflegeleicht im Geschirrspüler.
