Successful baby-wearing with no shoulder pain!

This carrier is a lifesaver if you have a fussy baby who doesn't want to be put down, and resists naps! I was using a wrap carrier for hours every day just to get my newborn to nap and stop crying, and it was too warm and just didn't distribute the weight well, leaving me with shoulder pain and both of us overheated. I was hoping this would do a better job, and it hasn't disappointed me! Construction/style: - Beautiful teal color (slightly more green and muted than the product photo). - Great construction, quality fabric and stitching, strong + thick plastic buckles. - Lightweight and breathable - Cotton duck type fabric on outside, breathable black mesh fabric on inside. Fit: - Fits newborns, no insert required! - Plenty of room for baby to grow. - Great adjustability - fits both husband and I (note: it's a pain to have to re-adjust the straps all the time, so it's most convenient if it's primarily worn by one person). - FIT NOTE: The shoulder straps are pretty wide, fit's me fine (5'7", average to slightly wide shoulders) but if you are very small with a narrow build, the straps might be too wide for good weight distribution and secure fit. Performance: - Great weight distribution - Fast and easy to put on - Buckles on the front sides, not back (I can easily buckle it on my own while holding the baby in) - Head support flips up to support taller babies heads, flipped down it still supports a newborn head. - Can do newborn carry, legs-out inward facing, or outward facing. - Supports baby securely, keeps both my hands free! (My wrap carrier required one hand to stabilize it most of the time). Possible downfalls: - The waistband is not very breathable and could get a bit hot and sweaty in the summer - The adjustable strap for the waist buckle cannot tighten while buckled, but can be loosened without unbuckling. Wish it were the opposite, would be convenient to be able to tighten it without unbuckling.

Great, but not for all waist sizes.

I think this is very sturdy, a little stiff as well. My baby didn't like it much or perhaps I couldn't adjust her to her comfort. She's 2 months going on 3 and her legs couldn't really sit well. She lasted only about 10 minutes in it. I plan on using it when she's a little older. As for waist wise, I'm a size 12 and although it fit around my waist, there was not much left (if you have a wider waist)

Amazing product

I received a carrier from another friend as a gift and every time I put it on I had a very hard time after a very short time continuing to carry the baby. The weight was all over my shoulders and I just couldn't take it anymore. I ordered this baby carrier and it is simply genius The straps on the shoulders are wide so the weight is spread out more evenly. In addition, there is the belt that closes in the waist area and it is thick so it helps a lot. Another cool thing is that the straps can be rolled into rubber and they do not interfere. Highly recommend ordering this baby carrier totally deserves 5 stars and more

Awesome baby carrier!!

I really like this baby carrier. I already had one that I used mostly when I went out but it’s quite bulky and a bit complicated to always put on. I needed something light and quite easy to put on when I’m the house so I can carry my baby around while doing house work. This works perfectly for that purpose!! I can easily put it on and take it off and it’s not bulky at all. It’s a 3 position baby carrier (8 to 30 Ibs) ..newborn, seated facing you and facing forward. It’s quite comfy to wear and easy to wear as well. It has padded waistband and padded shoulder straps. I highly recommend!

Easy to travel with

I like that it’s okay way to fold up and travel with. I also like how the shoulder straps unclip and can be adjusted. The big difference between this and other carriers is that this one has a adjustable string on the leg cradle for the baby so it’ll accommodate small or large babies or if the baby is facing me. It can cradle my baby’s head as well she she’s facing me and keep her tight on me if she falls asleep. I wish there was a pocket on the hip. There’s only one pocket right on the carrier itself, which might bother the baby. Otherwise, it’s pretty good.

Back Saver

We used this for a few airline trips around the country and it was a back saver. Made it much easier to carry the baby around comfortably while juggling luggage.

Perfect

Never had one of these so I wanted to try it out. Although I'm not due yet I did take it out and try it out and it seems like it'll be perfect. Cant wait to really use it
