Has helped me but quality has gone down

I’ve been using this soap for the last 3 years after having a massive psoriasis break out in 2020 and it was a life saver. The salicylic acid helps with the plaques and build up but I always have to follow with a shea butter moisturizer (this is just the nature of the product, salicylic acid is drying) and it has no fragrances so it doesn’t irritate my skin further, I even use it as a bubble bath with Epsom salts once a week to help soothe my skin and joints. While this soap has been helpful to my skin I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve bought it that rust has formed around the springs of the pump so it seems as though the quality of the bottle has gone downhill. The soap is great but the bottle rusting has become a problem.

Great for sensitive skin

This product was recommended to me by my hairdresser when he noticed that I had psoriasis on my scalp. This product is not meant for that part of the body, but is excellent for everything below the neck. It is unscented and paraben-free of course, and soothes the skin when it gets irritated or itchy.

I really like this product. Made the area soft, area is still a little red but not embarrassing. It pumps out alot at a time, so just pump a little at first.

Seems to help. Very watery consistency, some light chemical smell

It has the consistency of water, but does lather, and have some light chemical smell. Have started using this by itself for the past month and it has seemed to help so far, will continue to use this along and start to use their salicylic acid lotion.

Color me impressed

My boyfriend has mild psoriasis and within 1 use of this product his skin is looking so much better. It’s not 100%, obviously, but it’s getting there. Definitely worth it for mild psoriasis.

Such a big help!

The media could not be loaded. Helped heal my hands!! Wish I could show the before video!! My hands were terrible. I also recommend psoriasis & jock itch cream if your hands were extremely bad like mine. This soap along with the cream I just mentioned & aquaphor, saved my life, literally! it was unbearable pain!

Lo amo (¡restock por favor!)

Es el mejor limpiador que he tenido. Deja la piel súper suave, limpia, hidratada y luminosa. Me encantan todos sus ingredientes, es gentil y funciona increíble, vi grandes cambios en mi piel en los primeros días de uso. Tiene un ligero aroma a medicamento, pero es lo de menos. De verdad espero que muy pronto haya restock porque ya se me está acabando y solamente lo he encontrado por Amazon.

Lo compre para mi novia, su psoriasis es leve y prácticamente le quitó todas las imperfecciones, lo compramos junto con la crema y funcionaron excelente, lo recomiendo para casos leves

Not good

Cuidado si tienes descamacion o enrojecimiento

Tengo eccema asociado a psoriasis, y me provoco extrema resequedad, el general de productos cerave me funcionan bien, sin embargo este que es el especifico, no fue lo mejor, consulten a su dermatologo previo a su uso.

I really like the product it’s very helpful. I am hopping to find the difference sellers, they send me with bubble mail begs and it’s leaking, since I can’t find here I’ve to take it
