No more sliced knuckles!
I'd winterized my camper last year, and neglected to order a new water heater plug. When I saw this included the handy wrench, I was thrilled because I've got scars from removing the plug with standard wrenches. Do yourself a favor and get this, it will save you pain and suffering, not to mention frustration.

Soft Plastic Plug
I had ordered less expensive plugs before but they were made of hard plastic and did not seal or fit well. These Camco plugs are made of softer, more pliable plastic and start and seat much better than the cheaper plugs. They also fit my ratchet making them easy to install. The wrench while seemingly handy is not useful on my Bounder water heater because of its configuration.

Plug was perfect
This plug works great. The wrench however did not at least in our case. The angle still wasn't correct so it didn't work. Maybe some heaters are different. The good thing is the price for the plug by itself or the plug with the wrench weren't much different it price. It might be worth it to try it for you.

Nice save
The owner of the park thought my water heater was broken so she offered me a job picking up trash. I kindly explained that I install pedestals if she is interested in replacing them. I ordered an extra one.

Functioned as described.
Fit our Attwood water heater. Wrench seemes durable but is far from perfect in function when it comes removing the plug, but it works. Would have liked a few more spate plugs given they can't be more than a few cents to make.

Works sort of
The wrench is too thin to turn the plastic nut without going very slow. I did not return it because it does basically function. I opted to buy a short socket, universal connector and a ratchet. That works perfectly.

Did the job
The wrench is too big to use with ease, the plugs are thinner plastic than the original, but it did the job in a pinch and I have hot water again. The price was right and you get what you payfor

Why didn’t I get this sooner?
After fighting with my tools at home, sockets were too long though they are standard size, couldn’t get a grip with my vice grips or gripping tools, I thought there has to be a better way! I found this set on Amazon and luckily split I got the cap off my water heater and the water poured out. As I had kind of ruined the cap I had I was so happy to see this came with replacement caps as well as some Teflon tape. I would strongly suggest this
