Best pizza pan

This is hands-down the best pizza pan I’ve ever used, and I’ve used quite a few. I have 2 fairly new ones, bought recently, and one that is several years old—-the one that sold me on this product. I’ve made probably 100+ pizzas on the older pan, and it continues to turn out great pies, when other pans in my cabinet (even ones which look almost exactly like the Calphalon) remain unused after a few disappointing bakes. Several reviewers have noted that the pan gets stained, and the stains won’t come off no matter how hard you scrub. Dudes. THIS IS CALLED SEASONING, AND IT’S WHAT YOU WANT TO HAPPEN WITH YOUR PANS! A seasoned pan just gets better and better! This Calphalon pan builds up the best coat of seasoning I’ve ever seen on a pizza pan of this type. If this is how they were designed, hats off to the designer! The color of my older pan is NOTHING like it was, new. It’s the color of a very dark copper penny, almost. STILL PERFECTLY NON-STICK. I’ve NEVER scrubbed this pan, I usually just give it a good rinse under warm-hot water and it’s completely clean! So rejoice when you see the discoloration, guys. It means your pan is on the way to pizza-making perfection. Five stars all the way!

A Good Pizza Pan

The Calphalon pizza pan is a good pizza pan for the most part. The only weakness is that the non stick surface needs to be cleaned with a sponge after the pan is soaked for at least an hour. Do not use abrasive scrubbing pads. The use of abrasive scrubbing pads takes off the non stick surface of the pan.

Buy it if you're into baking your own pizza at home! Bakes the crust so nice. Pizza wont stick at all. Easy to clean. I love this pizza pan.

XL Pizza Pan 17”

Finally found XL pizza pan with holes for crust. Bought one years ago and my young adult daughter kept borrowing it. Very strong, non-stick, 17” round pan for All size pizzas

I mean it does the job of a pizza pan really well and the cleaning wasn't bad i thought i ruined it by over cooking a pizza but no stains yet and it seems fine.

Pizza bakes with nice crispy crust. Easy to take pizza off the pan and easy to clean thanks to nonstick surface. Much more convenient than a pizza stone.

Works well enough for what is made for but the pizza slides around it while you're trying to cut it which makes it kind of annoying.
