I wish I had something good to say about this item but I don't. The hands never moved from when it came out of the package. It was so far off it was a joke. I took it apart right before trashing it thinking maybe there was some kind of adjustment inside, there was not. Sadly it is in the recycle trash bin. My advice, look at something else.

it doesn't really work

The only time this actually works for me is when I take it in the shower, when the humidity is extreme. It doesn't register in the rest of the house.
