A little luxurious indulgence
I first read about this in W magazine as being an effective product to ease the appearance of stretch marks. Years later, I can't say that it has, but it has such a great, light feel and addictive aroma that I use it not only on my skin but on my hair (it's naturally curly) as well. It has an instant-calming effect.

Strong Smell
I bought this body oil to use early in my pregnancy around week 5. I started to use it but by week 7, I had some smell aversions and had to completely stop use. The smell is sort of spa-like but is rather strong. Now in my second trimester I have started to use the oil again as my sense of smell is not bothering me like it was. But if you have sensitivity to smells, keep that in mind. The bottle seems like it will last a long time (I use around 6-7 pumps on stomach, chest and hips), so I haven't decided if I will purchase again. If I do I think I will switch to a fragrance other than the eucalyptus.

The BEST body oil I have ever used!
I am absolutely in LOVE with this body oil. It is light not greasy, smells amazing and leaves my skin (and cuticles!) visibly moisturized. It is made with 100% botanicals so it is safe for everyone to use. (....and I use it every day!) I highly recommend this product!

Awesome oil
If I could bathe in this oil I would. Not sure if it works on stretch marks yet (I am now 6 months along and don't have any! So maybe it is the oil working after all) In my opinion it was a bit of a pricey buy, but now that I have used an entire bottle (and need more) I am an absolute believer! I got to the point I was using this all over my body after the shower (which explains how I am out of it already) it just absorbs beautifully, smells AMAZING and feels nice and silky, not oily or greasy. It's truly a well made product and I plan to use it for the remainder of my pregnancy and perhaps beyond.

my fave body oil
I've tried many oils, but this one is my favorite. It isn't as greasy or oily feeling as other oils. It absorbs into the skin very nicely, leaving you feeling soft and silky. It's great to use when you just get out of the shower or bath. Apply before drying off, and massage into skin. Using it on a wet body makes a little bit of oil go a long way. Although it is my favorite body oil, I can't really comment as to how effective this product is for tightening the skin. I don't use this product everyday as a beauty regimen. I use this more as a luxury product. I do have friends that used this during their pregnancy and liked it, but they were also using the basq butter, so I can't really comment as to how effective this may be. Nonetheless, it is a great body oil, very moisturizing, with a pleasant scent, so I do highly recommend every lady get a bottle.

The smell is amazing and it is not oily or greasy
I am a small woman and am on my 3rd pregnancy without any stretch marks. I even had a twin pregnancy that went full term and I have ZERO stretch marks. The smell is amazing and it is not oily or greasy. I received this from my sister-in-law at the beginning of my first pregnancy and I have continued to use it daily since. I am not skimpy on it, so I have gone through several bottles each pregnancy, but it is completely worth every penny! I purchase from Amazon almost daily and this is the first review I have ever written. So you know it must be AMAZING!

Best oil for prevention of stretch marks!
I cannot say enough good things about this oil. I had my daughter 3 months ago and faithfully used this oil twice a day during my whole pregnancy. My belly was huge and I did not get one stretch mark. And it is not genes because my mother and both sisters got terrible stretchmarks with their pregnancies so I thought for sure I would get them. I used it in conjunction with the basq body scrub as well as Mama mio stretch mark cream. The oil smells amazing, like a product you would get in a spa and it absorbs very quickly, leaving a beautiful scent on your skin. I am not pregnant anymore but I am ordering another bottle because it is one of the best moisturizers I've ever used.

Super expensive, and super luxurious
I don't know if this helps minimize stretch marks; I don't know what my skin would have looked like if I'd used more, or less, of this product. I do know, however, that its scent is wonderful and unique, exotic without being heavy, and that a little goes a long way. This is not a heavy, goopy oil. I have dry skin and curly hair and found that this oil helps tame both. I'd initially seen this reviewed in an article in W magazine 2-3 years ago. At the time, it was not yet being marketed--it had just been created (according to the article). So I hunted down a bottle, and then another bottle, at Neiman Marcus (which is not carrying it currently). The only way to know if it's for you is to buy a bottle!

Amazing all around
I used this with the stretch cream butter. Amazing all around!! Only got one small stretch mark on my lower belly. I look forward to using it again and would recommend it to anyone.
