Good replacement but took a bit of extra work.

Everything seems to be okay now that they are installed, we'll see how long they last. because these come with machine screws and nuts I did have to do some grinding on the brackets themselves to get them to function correctly. If you don't mind a little extra work you'll be fine.

Use rivets instead of the bolts

If you don't want the bolts they provide digging into your lower unit use extra long aluminum pop rivets. You'll have to get them at a specialty fastener shop. Think the ones I use are 3/16 inch. I buy a set of these every couple of years. Cheap enough and keeps my motor secure.

Transom saver grommets

Rubber grommets are like the original but the bolts get in the way you have to grind the bolts and a little bit of aluminum yolk.

10 Minute Repair

I just replaced my factory rubber lower unit pads on the transom saver. Simple procedure I had to cut off the other three old rubber mounts with a sharp knife one was already missing and I was using a grocery bag to prevent scratching until these came. I merely sniped the aluminum rivets with some snips used the screws that came with it and secured it back to the mount. You will need to remove the small swing arms to get to the screw head and nut. One other thing one screw is shorter than the other on both sides for a reason make sure you note one side is slightly thinner than the other pay attention and you won't have to re-do it like I did.

These are ok. They wear out quick holding up my 250 verado. They saves a lot of money rather than replacing my transom saver however

There are different sizes

I needed the smaller size, they only sell the larger size, (size wasn't specified) after re rigging them they may suffice, time will tell

May want to try riveting them on.

They fit perfectly other than the nuts stick out more. My old ones were riveted on, which allowed them to pivot better.
