Great set for the money

Got this set just for the guides. Have extractor set and drill bits. Extractors are decent and work well. Bits are sharp. They are just standard hss bits but cut really good. Guides are great for drilling and staying centered when drilling. Great for drilling blind holes in front engine covers. Set I wanted was 4 times this set but really just wanted the guides. Astro makes decent stuff.

Good set

Unfortunately my first use of this tool didn't work with the smallest size extractor but I've used this style extractor in the past with success on larger bolts. Otherwise good kit that I hope I'll never have to use.

Don't waste your money

Pros: The drill centering dies are great and work well. If that's what you need, then this product is for you. Cons: The "extractors" are hexagonal rods. This design does not give them any grip on the broken screw/ bolt. They do not work. I cannot recommend this product. Get a set of extractors with a proven design, such as spiral extractors.

8mm is the smallest it will do

I did just use it today on a customer vehicle and made me some $$$, it was a 8mm bolt that broke off 1/2 way in and without this tool I could not drill into the broken bolt evenly. I used the smallest sleeve in the kit so.....
