Does not grate ginger which is what it's supposed to do : - (

I have so many Alessi items. This does not grate ginger - full stop. Haven't returned it yet, but I will : - (

Bellissimo e molto funzionale!!

A me piacciono molto i prodotti dell'Alessi perché li trovo geniali. Questo oltre che particolarmente bello e anche molto utile perché funziona bene e consente di grattugiare lo zenzero molto meglio che usando la grattugia tradizionale. Infatti questa grattugia consente di ridurre la radice di zenzero ad una pasta morbida perfettamente utilizzabile. Se però i filamenti vi danno fastidio potete ottenere del succo puro schiacciando la pasta così ottenuta fra due cucchiai sovrapposti. Fra i due cucchiai rimarranno i filamenti che potrete scartare. Molto d'effetto anche come regalo.
