Great work glove. Doesn’t protect from Blackberies
I like the fit, durability and craftsmanship. I purchased these purely off them being Goat skin which is more thorn resistant than cow. I am so dissatisfied with these as blackberry bite right through these. These are NOT worth $50. More equivalent to $10-15 pair of leather gloves. You can get Law Enforcement “SAP” gloves that are lined for repelling and swat for $50 that would probably do a better job against thorn pricks. These gloves falsely claim protection against thorns.

Very tough but dextile!
Like most of you looking for a glove out there that won't break down after a hard weekend's work I looked all over the internet. I finally ended up choosing these gloves and it was the best decision. These gloves are very tough but not stiff. Can you pick up a needle off the ground... no, can you pick up a 16 penny nail, yes. Does it tear at the seams, no. Wear on the fingers where you use them the most, yes, eventually, but they have doubled the layers on the fingers in those areas so they keep in working. No glove will last forever if you need to have dexterity and strength but I will never buy a different glove. I do yard work, metal grinding, machining, woodworking, construction, digging, handyman, and plumbing with them and they last a long time before wearing out. Highly recommend!

Well worth the price
Very comfortable for leather work gloves. Breaking in quite nicely. Medium fits good. Usually I somewhere between medium and large depending on the brand. The size chart worked well. Not too overly hot. I use for chainsaw work. Very nice gloves that should last me years. I would definitely recommend them.

Expensive but worth every penny
These are really good gloves that allow you to perform a number of routine tasks without having to remove your gloves. Not good for welding but more than enough to handle all of the metal preparation work.

Fingers tore threw in 20 days only Using 2 times a week
I’m currently in school and I’m only in field training 2 times a week and these gloves tore threw the fingers less then a month

Great quality - size as per chart
These arrived today and I’m pretty impressed... Bought them for an overland 4x4 trip through Botswana, Namibia and Zambia - thought they’d be good for on-the-go vehicle repairs, setting up and striking camp for the 2 week trip. Will update in a bit... But, so far so good... I’m hoping reviewer M Dean Sives updates after putting the gloves through their paces.

Unfortunately they aren't worth the cost
These gloves preformed extremely subpar, I had such high Hope's seeing how a co workers turned out. But these gloves deteriorated extremely quick, sweating in them for 50 hrs a week had them soaked. But the problem was the weekends off. With or without sunlight they turn to stone!! Most recently I couldn't even get a single finger in a slot! It finaly got to the point where there were so many cuts and tears in the outer layer if the glove that fighting the tightness of them after they hardened wasnt worth it and I just went back to cheaper gloves that lasted longer

Gloves appear good quality, but for this price I was hoping it would be made in USA. Come on Youngstown, you tout being the glove of the "American Lineman".

Saved my finger
Alright. Listen up. These gloves were new one week before that photo was taken. I’m rebuilding a exterior cabin wall and needed some better hand protection. Might I say… Dang. These are some good gloves. Over time they mould to your hand. Although the dexterity is less then other gloves the protection is incredible. I can’t tell ya what happened. But. I took the glove off to find a bruised finger. I examined the glove a slight tear in the leather showed the kevlar underneath. If whatever I did was hard enough to leave me bruised and sharp enough to cut the leather clean… I can Honestly assume they’re protected my finger from serious damage. Would 100% recommend. I’m the type who would quality at any price… And this is a quality glove.
