The color is nothing like the image

Haven't really worn them much. Annoyed with the color of the boots. The image shows a leather red/brown color. The boots I recieved are a very very dark brown. Look nothing like the image displayed on amazon.

Not good for ninjas

My last pair of Wolverines still work fine after a few years but are looking pretty ratty. I got these to replace them and they are taller to help with a ankles that are giving me trouble. They are comfortable and break in quickly but good lord are they squeaky from the heel area. Sounds like galoshes when you walk. You aren't going to be sneaking up on anyone while wearing these. Its very annoying. My older pair, and the pair before that, both squeak really bad on smooth laminate floors. Wolverine boots are not good for ninjas or anyone in a profession that requires any kind of sneaking around.

Not xwide

Seems to be well made but i could not wear. I have worn other styles of Wolverine boots in xwide but these would not fit.

Great for Work!

I ordered these for my brother as a Christmas gift. He is 26 yrs. old, works construction, and wears-out boots like crazy. He had been buying Wolverine brand boots, but in the mid-grade price range. I was hoping that by upgrading the quality they would last him more than the 6-9mos he usually gets out of his boots. He loved the way they looked, and said the ankle support was superb. They are steel-toed so he said they were noticably heavier than he is use to, but he quickly got adjusted to this. So far he really likes these boots and says they are perfect for outdoor work.... We will just have to wait and see how long they last; since he is very hard on his footwear.

I was looking for a new pair of boots I usually don't get water proof cause they are to hot for me but winter is coming they seem to be comfortable and where well plus and size 10 1/2 they were only 57 bucks

Comfortable and durable boots

These boots have worked out great so far. They are slightly larger than expected but with socks it works. They are comfortable, durable and provide great support. I will get them again!

Best boot ever. Just returned a pair from a competitor and purchased these.
