Nice shape, nice weight

Nice shape, nice weight. The appearance is slightly different from the other items in the same series (differs at the end of the handle), but it still goes acceptable with the place setting. The "bowl" of the spoon is just the right depth. We like them.

I have other pieces of the Lafayette collection and liked it so my grandson wanted some soup spoons. I ordered these for him and we just love them. I have several that eat with me so these are good to have lots on hand. A good spoon for the price.

For those who are drawn to tradition

These spoons were purchased as an add-on to an existing set and matched the pattern. If you are partial to the rounded bowl soup spoons these will service you well. They are the right size and weight and are dishwasher tolerant. They only thing they can't do is subtract those extra calories, lol. Enjoy!

I REALLY LIKED THIS SPOON!!! EXCEPT. listen, it is way too thin!! It is poor quality! But, the fact that it is so thin ruins it.. it needs to be much heavier..
